  • On most fixed-wing air ambulance flights, passengers are limited to standard carry-on-size luggage and one small personal item due to cabin configuration and safety requirements.
  • As a general reference, standard carry-on luggage typically does not exceed 45 linear inches (22 × 14 × 9 in) or 113 linear centimeters (55 × 35 × 23 cm).
  • Luggage allowances may vary by aircraft type and patient needs. Any oversized or excess luggage may need to be shipped separately and will be discussed during planning.
