What to Expect

All fixed-wing air ambulance transports are subject to aircraft, medical crew, routing, and regulatory availability at the time of booking. Providing more advance notice allows for additional routing and aircraft options. Whenever possible, we recommend submitting requests 48 to 120 hours in advance to allow for the broadest range of aircraft and routing options. If transport is needed in less than 48 hours, calling our coordination team first allows options and availability to be assessed promptly.
